Case studies

Distribution Centre Gutter & Roof Clean

Problem
300m of valley gutter on a logistics shed had blocked, causing internal water ingress over a packing line.
Method
Rope access teams worked from existing roof anchors with vacuum gutter cleaning equipment, also installing temporary mansafe lines for future inspections.
Outcome
Gutters cleared in two shifts with zero operational disruption. Annual maintenance contract now in place.
