32-Storey Tower Façade Clean

Problem
A new build-to-rent tower needed quarterly façade cleaning. Cradle access was unreliable and disrupted residents.
Method
Two pairs of rope technicians worked a planned drop sequence over 5 days, using pure-water systems for glazing and biocide for stained cladding panels.
Outcome
Zero resident complaints. Programme now runs on a rolling 90-day cycle with a fixed-price contract.
